At Vesté Paris, we strive to process your orders with care and efficiency. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and returns policies.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 business days within the EU.
- Shipping Costs: Free shipping is offered for orders over €95. For orders under €95, a flat shipping fee of €5.95 applies.
- Note: During promotional periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased demand. However, we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping and Processing Times
- Vesté Paris processes and ships orders only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.
- All orders are securely and trackably shipped from multiple warehouses across Europe, depending on your location. You will be able to track your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order at info@vesteparis.com. Include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
Returns Policy
- Return Period: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. This period allows you to try on the items and ensure they fully meet your expectations.
- Return Conditions: Items may be tried on but can only be returned if they are in unworn condition. Clothing must be undamaged and returned with the original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear beyond reasonable fitting cannot be accepted for return.
